17th event

Our first event of the year for junior high students was completed successfully!

Two special surprises awaited children when they arrived at the event. An impressive lounge area with foosball, chess, UNO and a large screen, in which they were able to learn more about Field of Life’s events and what is coming soon in their neighborhood.

Right next door, we turned a typical classroom into a television studio! In this space, kids presented their own tv show, talking about their experience in a day with Field of Life, inviting all their peers to participate in Field of Life’s upcoming events!

As far as the event is concerned, the three-hour programs were based on our pillars, Sports, Education & Culture, which contribute to the cultivation of strong characters. Besides, in addition to the opportunities that we want to offer children in order to discover their talents through our programs, our goal is to help them develop their character while having fun!

Kids played basketball, learning the values of the game and cooperation. They had fun dancing and using their bodies in an activity that combines music with movement, including dancing and singing. They also learned to perform impressive experiments, while they created their own three-dimensional basketball with the help of 3D printing. Finally, they were introduced to the art of graffiti!

Our doctor was, as always, present during the event. During the break, we offered kids a healthy lunch box and juice. At the end, every kid received a giveaway to remind them of the day spent with Field of Life.

Coach Panagiotis Giannakis talked to the kids about his childhood in Nikaia, about their inner strength and the way they can fulfill their dreams and everyone left the school with a big smile!
